Cozy Heart Therapy offers psychotherapy sessions for those age 13+ from a holistic, intuitive and collaborative approach. Both one-on-one sessions and two-person sessions (family members, couples, friends, business partners) are available.
I draw from a person-centered therapeutic approach, which means I enjoy building a space where we can bring our most authentic selves together in order to help you see yourself as you truly are: already enough. As an attentive, grounded, and straight forward therapist, I will walk side by side with you as we explore your current life patterns, your unique role in this world and your personal lived experience. We will identify your strengths, connect to your past, and examine the complexity of your intersectional identities to bring your most authentic self forward.
