
APPROACH
Together, we will explore who you are, how you show up in the world, and how you show up for yourself. All of your pieces are welcome in our therapeutic space, including the hurt and scared parts. These parts are deserving of love, as are the strong and confident parts.
I believe that by doing the work to cultivate connection to your personal and family history, you open space to more fully understand who you are and live as your authentic self. I will support you in sitting with the discomfort that can come with this exploration. We will build new tools to add to your existing strengths throughout the process. My therapy practice is supported by movement, breath work, guided meditations and journal prompts.
Expect to be challenged. Although our time together in session is precious and sacred, much of the work of therapy happens outside of session. This is through self reflective work, and integrating what we work on in session into your day-to-day life.
